About Us

We are all volunteers, we have no paid staff. Since 2008, we have helped older people to overcome loneliness and isolation.  Most of our volunteers live in Llandaff but we welcome volunteers from all over Cardiff.  Many just came along for a chat and are now fully involved and valued members of the team.
